1. Agreement to Terms<\/strong><\/p>

By accessing or using CareProposal.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site.<\/p>

2. What CareProposal Is \u2014 and Is Not<\/strong><\/p>

CareProposal.com is a matching platform that connects patients seeking medical treatment with accredited clinics and hospitals worldwide. We are not a healthcare provider<\/strong>, do not practice medicine, and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. Using this platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and CareProposal. All medical decisions, diagnoses, treatment plans, and outcomes are solely the responsibility of the clinic or hospital you choose to engage with.<\/p>

3. For Patients<\/strong><\/p>

Submitting a case through CareProposal.com is free and does not require creating an account. By submitting a case, you confirm that the information and any documents you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Your case will be automatically routed, via AI-assisted classification, to clinics and hospitals matching your specified medical specialty and location. CareProposal does not guarantee that any clinic will respond to your case, nor does it guarantee the accuracy, quality, pricing, or outcome of any treatment offered by a clinic.<\/p>

Any agreement \u2014 including pricing, scheduling, and treatment terms \u2014 is made directly and exclusively between you and the clinic or hospital. CareProposal is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for its execution.<\/p>

4. For Clinics and Hospitals<\/strong><\/p>

To register on CareProposal.com, a clinic or hospital must be legitimately accredited to operate in its country and must provide accurate registration information, including a valid identity document for the person managing the account and relevant legal\/accreditation documents (e.g., operating license, professional certifications, insurance documentation, or equivalent). CareProposal reserves the right to request additional documentation, reject an application, or suspend or terminate an account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct toward patients.<\/p>

Registered clinics agree to respond to patient cases in good faith and to honor the pricing and terms communicated to a patient. Misrepresenting pricing, credentials, or services to a patient is grounds for immediate removal from the platform.<\/p>

5. Subscription & Payment (Clinics\/Hospitals)<\/strong><\/p>

Clinic and hospital access to case notifications requires an active annual subscription, payable via direct bank transfer using the unique payment code provided at registration. Subscriptions are activated manually upon confirmation of payment and are valid for 12 months from the activation date. Subscriptions are non-refundable and do not auto-renew<\/strong> \u2014 access is not extended, and no partial refunds are issued for early cancellation or non-use. Pricing may vary by clinic, region, or promotional terms, and may change for future registration periods; changes do not affect an already-active subscription period.<\/p>

6. AI-Assisted Matching<\/strong><\/p>

CareProposal uses third-party AI technology to classify submitted cases by medical specialty and to help filter spam or non-medical submissions. This classification is provided for routing purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or a professional medical opinion. Occasional misclassification may occur; cases flagged as unclear are reviewed manually before being sent to any clinic.<\/p>

7. Prohibited Uses<\/strong><\/p>

You may not use CareProposal.com to: submit false, fraudulent, or non-medical content (including commercial solicitation disguised as a patient case); upload malicious files; impersonate another person or entity; attempt to bypass or interfere with the platform’s security, spam-filtering, or verification systems; or use clinic\/patient contact information obtained through the platform for unrelated marketing or solicitation purposes.<\/p>

8. Disputes Between Patients and Clinics<\/strong><\/p>

CareProposal is not responsible for resolving disputes between patients and clinics, including disagreements over pricing, treatment outcomes, or service quality, as these fall outside our role as a matching platform. However, if a clinic is found to have misrepresented pricing or terms communicated through CareProposal, please report it to us at the contact below \u2014 we take this seriously and may suspend or permanently remove the clinic from our platform.<\/p>

9. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>

All content, branding, and technology on CareProposal.com, excluding user-submitted case information and clinic-submitted documentation, is the property of CareProposal.com and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.<\/p>

10. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareProposal.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: the use or inability to use the platform; any treatment, advice, pricing, or outcome provided by a clinic or hospital; inaccuracies in AI-assisted case classification; or any dispute between a patient and a clinic. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.<\/p>

11. Termination<\/strong><\/p>

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account \u2014 patient case, clinic registration, or otherwise \u2014 at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misconduct.<\/p>

12. Changes to These Terms<\/strong><\/p>

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/p>

13. Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.<\/p>
